Located in Saint-Eustache since 2003, the Centre of holistic health Pilates & Plus is a wellness centre dedicated to you, your health and well being. They offer more than 60 different group classes each week for every level of fitness, including stretching, yoga, the Reformer (group class using a spring loaded exercise device), the Pilates and private training. In addition, group meditation sessions have started recently and are now offered on a regular basis.

The Centre also has a team of professionals specialized in osteopathy, applied kinesiology, coaching PNL, kinesiology and massokinesiotherapy.

Backed by more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Grace Shaw heads the Centre. She has dedicated her life to helping people achieve physical and mental fitness.
